Euthanasia: We Understand
As fellow animal lovers, doctors, and pet owners ourselves, we at SoBo Animal Hospital understand the unique relationship that develops between people and their pets. We have felt the pain of losing a beloved pet; the grief you feel is the same as if you had lost a human friend. There is perhaps no more difficult decision for a pet owner than the one to relieve their pet's suffering through euthanasia. The term euthanasia is derived from the Greek terms eu, meaning "good" and thanatos meaning "death." A "good death" is generally considered one free from trauma and pain, and be assured that the process of euthanasia as administered at South Boulder Animal Hospital is just that. If you would like more details about euthanasia, or if you need help regarding the disposition of your pet, please call us. We are here for you.
